Upcrop SheildUp Tricho contains well characterized strains of Trichoderma viride and Trichoderma harzianum that are highly effective against controlling plant pathogens such as Fusarium spp., Rhizoctoniasolani, Sclerotiniasclerotiorum,Pythium spp., Alternariasolani, Xanthomonas spp.,Botrytiscinerea,Leveillula taurica, Phytopthora spp., and Peranospora spp., that are known to cause root rot, root wilt, seedling rot, early blight, late blight, leaf spot, stem rot and mildew diseases in crops. Upcrop SheildUp Tricho can be used as a seed treatment, soil treatment and foliar application.

Upcrop SheildUp Tricho contains 2 x 106 cfu/gm each of Trichoderma viride and Trichoderma harzianum in a wettable formulation.

Dosage

Seed Treatment:10 g of Upcrop SheildUp Tricho/kg of seed. Mix the recommended dose of Upcrop SheildUp Tricho in sufficient quantity of water and coat it over 1 kg of seed uniformly. Shade dry for 30 minutes and sow the seeds in less than 24 hrs.
Seedlings Treatment: 5 gm of Upcrop SheildUp Tricho/L of water. Mix the recommended dose of Upcrop SheildUp Tricho in sufficient quantity of water and dip the roots of the seedlings for 30 minutes in the suspension and transplant immediately.
Soil application:1 kg of Upcrop SheildUp Tricho/acre. Mix the recommended dose of Upcrop SheildUp Tricho in 10 kg of farm yard manure/vermicompost and broadcast.
Foliar application:3 kg of Upcrop SheildUp Tricho/acre. Spray the recommended dose of Upcrop SheildUp Tricho thrice at 10 days interval from the onset of disease. If there is no disease, single spray is sufficient.
Planting pit: 2 gm of Upcrop SheildUp Tricho/pit
Horticulture crops:25-50 gm of Upcrop SheildUp Tricho/tree. Mix the recommended dose of Upcrop SheildUp Tricho with sufficient quantity of farm yard manure/vermicompost/soil and apply the mixture in the root zone of tree.
Upcrop SheildUp Tricho can be mixed and applied along with other biofertilizers, biopesticides, organic manure, seaweed-based fertilizers and vermicompost.
Shelf life is 1 year.
