Upcrop VAM Up

Upcrop VAM Up contains Rhizophagus sp.(formerlyGlomus sp.) a beneficial VAM fungus that forms symbiotic association with plant roots. The roots provide essential nutrients for the growth of the fungus while the large network of fungal hyphae act as a virtual root system for the plants thereby increasing the uptake of water and nutrients from the soil. Usage of Upcrop VAM Up reduces biotic and abiotic stress of the crops; reduces transplant shock and fertilizer requirement.

Dosage

Seed dressing:25 g of Upcrop VAM Up/kg of seed. Mix the recommended dose of Upcrop VAM Up with sufficient quantity of jaggery/starch and water to make a paste. Coat the seeds and shade dry for 30 minutes and sow the seeds in less than 24 hrs.
Soil application: Mix 2 to 4 Kg of Upcrop VAM Up with 100 to 200 kg of vermicompost or dried farm yard manure and broadcast throughout the field before sowing / transplanting.
Upcrop VAM Up can be mixed and applied along with other biofertilizers,biopesticides, organic manure, seaweed based fertilizers and vermicompost.
Shelf life is 1 year.
