Located in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, Trishul Biotech’s 60,000 sq ft. factory houses multiple cutting-edge facilities, including state-of-the-art blending and pilot plants. The blending plant manufactures customized blends as per customers’ requirements. The pilot plant is where researchers develop/co-develop new products and evaluate their scalability. The blending and pilot plants enable rapid scaling of custom and new products based on data-backed research and development.
Trishul Biotech’s manufacturing facility manages the entire product line, with process improvement teams consistently optimizing equipment and operations.
The state-of-the-art infrastructure can handle various marine algae and microbial cultures to deliver precise, robust solutions for local and global markets quickly. Trishul Biotech is a carbon-conscious entity striving to reduce emissions at every stage of the supply chain. Besides being entirely energy self-sufficient, Trishul Biotech’s factory reuses 80% of the water consumed at its facilities.
Trishul Biotech uses an entirely natural range of inputs to annually manufacture 350 metric tons of 100% water-soluble powder, one million liters of liquid concentrate extracts, and 30,000 tons of granules, among others.
